discover a place of light and stillness within and without
Imagine a sanctuary…a place where you’re safe, nurtured and at peace–in your very own body and mind… Enter this sacred space and experience a deeper connection with yourself and others. Explore profound breakthroughs spiritually and physically as you delve into deeper practices of yoga, using deeply therapeutic yoga postures, purifying breathing techniques, meditation, journaling, movement and periods of silence. This year’s retreat will be held at Shambhala Mountain Center, a mountain valley retreat center located on 600 acres in northern Colorado. The majestic grandeur of this sacred valley, the rocks, trees, sky and wind become symbols of rejuvenation, personal discovery, relaxation and peace. Shambhala Mountain Center is a place that radiates not only the riches of nature but also the riches of over thirty years of yoga and other contemplative disciplines, a place where ‘the wisdom of the present moment’ is always available. During this special time away from our day-to-day activities, we can dive into exploring our bodies and souls, more profoundly discovering “svaroopa”, the “bliss of your own being”. This retreat is for those who truly enjoy their journey of self-discovery, regardless of their level of yoga experience. The retreat rate includes a four-night accommodation, meals plus all activities. Transportation to and from Shambhala Mountain Center not included in price.
